I just wanted to take some time to thank you for the beautiful dinner you were able to curate for our wedding reception. Every time a new course would come out and I would look up, people kept pointing at their food in disbelief of how good it was and I couldn't help but join them in agreement. Every aspect of the dinner was amazing and I just wanted to thank you so much for not only the beautiful meal but also being so easy to work with.

Wow! Thank you for an exquisite dinner. It was incredible food and we could not have asked for anything more. We were blown away by every course. You really did create something remarkable. Our friends have not stopped talking about the meal. Please let us know if you do ever decide to do your own restaurant again as we will be making our reservation right away.

Dave and his team were wonderful from start to finish. We had a great consultation meeting where Dave took the time to walk through the menu, helping us pick the best options for us and even amended the recipes to help accommodate some guests' requirements. The food was beyond expectation and all guests were coming and saying how much they loved the food. The canapes in particular got a rave review. I would highly recommend!
