Banquet Food Design is not one person. It is a family of people bringing together their extraordinary skills, with the common desire to create amazing dishes and an experience that will be talked about by your friends, colleagues and families for years to come.

We have no doubt that you’ll have plenty of questions about creating your dream menu. Our team is here to help make the process as simple and as easy as possible. There is enough to plan already so it’s our job to ensure things run seamlessly! We’ve put together a list of questions we are commonly asked. Please have a look through and if you think of anything else, we’ll do our best to answer them for you.

  • Predominantly we are based in London, however, we have experience working across the country so we are happy to travel.
  • Absolutely! We have experience working with clients with all kinds of reasons for seeking us out. Be it a corporate dinner for clients or staff, wedding related celebrations, PR and press events, product launches, charity events, you name it - we’ve catered for it. We’re here to make sure the menu compliments the style of event you are running. This also includes if guests will be seated or standing or both. We can run a menu with you that ensures the food is a pleasure (and easy!) to eat.

  • Of course! We have a menu we can share with you to get some initial ideas going and we’ll arrange a call with one of our chefs to discuss your menu in more detail.
  • Catering for an event can vary greatly depending on your guestlist, venue requirements, if there is a kitchen on site and staffing. However, through the planning process, we will discuss all the immediate requirements and give an estimated quote for your event from the offset so you have a good idea what to budget for.
  • Of course! We can tailor your menu to suit the needs of all dietary requirements you and your guests may have. This includes (not exclusively) vegan, vegetarian, nut free, pescetarian. If you can’t find an answer to your question then please contact us.
